Pét-Pink is a sparkling rosé crafted with the ancestral method, its label playfully adorned with a charming winged pig. Cépages : 100% Sangiovese.
Rendement : 6 tonnes/hectare.
Fermentation : the grapes are whole bunch pressed and partially fermented before bottling. As all Pét Nats, it was not disgorged showing it’s unfiltered character and no sulfites were added.
Élevage : the wine spent 4 months in stainless steel and 3 months in bottle before its release in June 2024. The wine is kept in contact with its yeasts thus can be aged for several years.
Bâtonnage : chaque semaine d’octobre à février.
Alcool : 12,5%.
Production : 2.660
