2020 San Cristoforo Magnum
San Cristoforo has a deep ruby red color with intense fruity notes of small berries, followed by nuances of aromatic herbs and sweet spices. On the palate it is powerful, elegant, supported by a fine tannic texture and long savory finish.
Rebsorten: 100% Petit Verdot.
Ertrag pro Hektar: 4 tonnes/hectare.
Fermentation and Maceration: with indigenous yeasts in a small stainless-steel tank for around 7 days.
Malolactic: in barrels immediately after the alc. fermentation.
Ausbau: 10 months in old French barrels.
Alkoholgehalt: 13% vol.
Produktion: 50 magnums.
