Pink has notes of white peach, pink grapefruit and sea breeze with a clean, refreshing finish that includes hints of citrus and rose petals. It is ideal for drinking over the coming summer months.

Rebsorten: 100% Sangiovese.
Ertrag pro Hektar: 6 tonnes/hectare.
Gärung: grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Juice decanted in refrigerated stainless steel tank. Fermentation started with indigenous yeasts (pied de cuve).
Ausbau: 7 months in stainless steel.
Bâttonage: every week from October until March.
Alcohol: 13,5%.
Bottles produced: 10.660.
