2019 Carandelle Magnum
Carandelle has an intense and bright ruby red color, with aromas of morello cherry, raspberry and black currant, with hints of licorice and spices. Carandelle is a classic Sangiovese, fresh with an elegant tannic structure and an excellent persistence.
Rebsorten: 99% Sangiovese, 1% ♥︎
Ertrag pro Hektar: 5.8 tonnes/hectare (43 hl/hectare).
Gärung: in stainless steel tanks for 7 days, with indigenous yeasts.
Malolactic: in barrels immediately after the alcoholic Fermentation.
Ausbau: 10 months in old French oak barriques.
Alcohol: 13% vol.
