Cépages : 100% Sangiovese.
Rendement : 6 tonnes/hectare.
Fermentation : grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Juice decanted in refrigerated stainless steel tank. Fermentation started with indigenous yeasts (pied de cuve).
Élevage : 7 mois en cuve inox.
Bâtonnage : chaque semaine d’octobre à mars.
Alcool : 12%.
Magnums produced: 300.
